A shredder is a machine used for fine crushing, generally used to process unprocessed raw materials or scraps to make them smaller in size. A representative example is the shredding of plastic or rubber scraps as raw materials, which are melted and granulated to make new plastic bottles, tires, trash cans, and so on. The shredder is applied in the plastic recycling industry, commonly used for crushing large-diameter PE plastic pipes, bundled plastic films, large piles of plastic sheets, and machine head materials. The applications of shredders generally include:
1. Tear the unqualified products into smaller pieces for recycling.
2. Reduce the volume of unprocessed raw materials for mixing with other materials.
3. Tear up organic matter to produce biofuels.
4. Tear up some textile materials for the reuse of fibers, such as crushing carpets.

Widely applicable materials:
-It can handle various forms of materials, whether they are solid materials, hollow materials, or irregularly shaped materials such as plastic pipes, plastic buckets, plastic pads, plastic films, woven bags, ton bags, waste clothes, wood, tree roots, waste wires and cables, electronic waste, household waste, industrial scraps, etc. It can be effectively shredded.
-For some materials with strong toughness and winding properties, such as plastic film, fibers, etc., the processing effect is good. They can be easily torn apart without causing equipment to get stuck due to material winding, and a small amount of light and thin metal objects are allowed in the material.
2. Good crushing effect:
-The material can be shredded into uniform small pieces, and the particle size of the discharge can be adjusted according to the needs. By replacing the sieve with different aperture sizes, the size of the discharge can be accurately controlled to meet the requirements of subsequent processing or handling.
-For some materials that require further processing, the pre crushing treatment of a single axis shredder can provide better conditions for subsequent processing, such as shredding plastics into small particles and then melting and granulating them.
